PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis device and method of a radioactive material capable of precisely analyzing the radioactive material inside a reactor.SOLUTION: An analysis device of a radioactive material comprises an electron beam accelerator 41 for irradiating a sample B with a bremsstrahlung, a first semiconductor detection device 42 for detecting a gamma ray generating from the sample B by photonuclear reaction due to the bremsstrahlung irradiation, and a measurement device 14 for measuring uranium and plutonium as a first element contained in the sample B according to the detection result of the first semiconductor detection device 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
