PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extraction method by which extraction of an oily component can be efficiently performed in a simple process.SOLUTION: A method for extraction of an oily component includes: a process (A) in which a processed product is obtained by bringing a material into contact with dimethyl ether of a liquid state; a process (B) in which a separation solvent is further added to the processed product; a process (C) in which dimethyl ether in the processed product including the separation solvent is removed as dimethyl ether of a gaseous state; a process (D) in which the separation solvent in which an oily component is dissolved is selectively obtained; and a process (E) in which the oily component is extracted from the separation solvent in which the oily component is dissolved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
