Disclosed is a manual multiple repeated elevating type power generation device. A manual multiple repeated elevating type power generation device of the present invention is a generation device for generating electricity by converting flow energy of a fluid, and comprises: a 1A-th reciprocating member, a 2A-th reciprocating member, a 1B-th reciprocating member and a 2B-th reciprocating member spaced apart from each other in a fluid and reciprocating by lifting and lowering force or the flow energy of the fluid, respectively; a first conversion unit connected to the 1A-th reciprocating member and the 1B-th reciprocating member and converting reciprocation to rotary motion; a second conversion unit connected to the 2A-th reciprocating member and the 2B-th reciprocating member and converting reciprocation to rotary motion; a main power shaft rotating by rotary motion of the first conversion unit and the second conversion unit; and a power generation unit for producing power by receiving rotary motion of the main power shaft, wherein the rotary motion of the main power is prevented from being transferred to the first conversion unit and the second conversion unit.
