An electrolyte-circulating battery provided with a cell frame having a bipolar plate contacting electrodes that constitute the battery cell, and a frame body surrounding the peripheral edge of the bipolar plate, wherein: the frame body is provided with a liquid-supply-side piece having a liquid-supply manifold for supplying electrolyte to the interior of the battery cell, and a liquid-discharge-side piece facing the liquid-supply-side piece, and having a liquid-discharge manifold for discharging the electrolyte out from the battery cell; the bipolar plate is provided with a circulation region on the electrode-side surface, in which the electrolyte supplied from the liquid-supply manifold is circulated and discharged to the liquid-discharge manifold; and the circulation region has a liquid-supplying-regulation section provided along the longitudinal direction, the liquid-supplying-regulation section longitudinally dispersing the electrolyte supplied from the liquid supply manifold and guiding the electrolyte to the electrodes, and a liquid-discharging-regulation section provided along the longitudinal direction on both sides in the lateral direction of the liquid-supplying-regulation section, for collecting the electrolyte and causing the electrolyte to circulate to the liquid-discharge manifold.
