The objective of the present invention is to provide a light guide member provided with fewer components than the prior art and provided with a stable wavelength conversion rate, and a light source device in which said member is used. This light guide member (11) is characterized by having a light guide plate (12), a storage space (5) inside the light guide plate and formed facing the light-incident surface (12a), and a wavelength conversion substance (3) disposed in the storage space (5). It is thereby possible to use fewer components than in the prior art, and obtain stable wavelength conversion efficiency. It is further possible to simplify the manufacturing process, reduce manufacturing cost, etc. |
