To provide: a power feeding device capable of feeding power to a power reception device even when the type of receiving coil is different; and a power supply system. A power feeding device for contactlessly feeding power to a power reception device having a receiving coil, wherein the power feeding device is configured to have: a plurality of power supply coils respectively wound so as to generate magnetic flux oriented in different directions in a common core, it being possible to drive the power supply coils independently from each other; and a control unit for driving the power supply coil, from among the power supply coils, that corresponds to the type of receiving coil.
