When transmission of an uplink reference signal is set in a subframe that carries out transmission of the uplink shared channel and/or the uplink control channel, the control unit also controls the transmission of the uplink reference signal on the basis of the result of listening performed prior to the transmission of the uplink shared channel and/or the uplink control channel.
