In the present invention, a protruding part is shaped so as to extend along a first face of a substrate. The protruding part is furthermore provided with: one linear top side separated from the first face; two main lateral faces sharing the top side, the two main lateral faces each having a lateral side which is a side connecting the first face and a first end of the top side; and a secondary lateral face sharing a lateral side with each of the two main lateral faces and constituting one corner together with the two main lateral faces; the angle formed by the lateral sides and the top side in the main lateral faces being obtuse, and the angle between the two lateral sides in the secondary lateral face being acute.
