Provided are an organosiloxane containing a benzocyclobutene group, and preparation and use thereof. Particularly, provided is an organosiloxane containing a benzocyclobutene unit. The organosiloxane has a main chain of siloxane, and a benzocyclobutene substituent group directly connected to a silicon atom of the main chain of siloxane. The cross-linking polymerization of the organic silicon resin of the present invention can be achieved by heating, and a cross-linked product has good electrical property, good heat resistance and a simple preparation method, is suitable to serve as an insulating coating layer and a packing material of an electronic element and component in the electronic and electrical industry, and can also serve as a cross-linking agent for a high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber.
