PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an EL display device for performing three-dimensional display by a frame sequential method with reduced power consumption.SOLUTION: An EL display device for switching and displaying an image for a left eye and an image for a right eye recognizes a three-dimensional image using glasses with switching means that allows the image for a left eye and the image for a right eye to be selectively recognized. A display unit of the EL display device displays the image for a left eye and the image for a right eye by holding an image signal of a signal line in a first capacitive element in a first period, holding the image signal held in the first capacitive element, in a second capacitive element for controlling a current flowing through a lighting control transistor in a second period, and controlling the lighting of a light-emitting element by energizing a driver transistor and holding the image signal of the signal line in the first capacitive element in a third period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
