PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus capable of easily acquiring a plurality of images to analyze a subject having a depth.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus 1 includes: a lens 2a which can image an optical image of the subject which has a depth; an image sensor 2b which generates image data for analysis on the basis of an optical image imaged on a light-receiving surface; a focus change unit 3 which changes the focus position of the lens 2a; and a control unit 10 which causes the image sensor 2b to successively generate a plurality of image data sets for analysis, while causing the focus change unit 3 to change the focus position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
