PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condenser microphone unit capable of functioning independently for transmission of an audio signal and shield operation against an external electromagnetic wave while maintaining a compact configuration.SOLUTION: A fixed electrode 17 arranged opposite the back of a diaphragm 14 and a fixed electrode support member 18 supporting the fixed electrode are molded out of a resin material in one body so as to constitute a unit component 1. Conductive films 2A, 2B are deposited on a part corresponding to the fixed electrode 17 and a part corresponding to the fixed electrode support member 18 while electrically isolated from each other. A diaphragm assembly 13 having this constitution is mounted with a circuit board 19 on its back, and stored in a metallic unit case 12. An electric conduction circuit extending from the diaphragm 14 through the conductive film 2B serves as a signal transmission line from the side of the diaphragm so as to constitute the unit case 12 functionally separately as a shield member which cuts off an external electromagnetic wave.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
