PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal gear pump capable of increasing a tooth depth without impairing the fact that a gap between an external tooth and an internal tooth is substantially identical in all teeth in the whole circumference, and enabling downsizing with the outer diameter of an internal gear made into a small diameter.SOLUTION: A internal gear pump includes: a ring-shaped internal gear 1 having internal teeth 1A; and an external gear 3 having external teeth 3A internally engaged to the internal teeth 1A of the internal gear 1, and housed so as to be eccentric to the inside of the internal gear 1. The number of teeth of the internal teeth 1A is larger than that of the external teeth 3A by one. The internal teeth 1A form an addendum part 7A and an engagement part 7B with a curve L having a single continuous curvature. The curve L has a minimum curvature at a top a of an addendum, and gradually increases the curvature toward a tooth bottom. The external teeth 3A forms an addendum part 8A, an engagement part 8C and a tooth bottom part with an enveloped curve L1 created by the curve L.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
