PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract even data whose item name and item value do not match as a combination candidate, determine the possibility of data combination by data processing, and present combination candidates preferentially beginning with the one whose combination possibility is high.SOLUTION: A processing device has a data acquisition unit 107 for acquiring data for which the possibility of data combination is to be determined, a user linkage unit 108 for accepting input data and presenting the result of combination possibility determination, and a data combination possibility determination unit 105 for determining the possibility of combination of the input data with the data acquired by the data acquisition unit 107. The combination possibility determination unit 105 analyzes an item name and an item value with respect to the input data items, expresses data combination possibility in numerical form on the basis of the match, similarity, and inclusion relations of item names and item values defined in combinatorial condition information, and finds a combination candidate.
