PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting tool capable of easily opening an opening of a bag body closed by the fitting tool, and a bag body with the fitting tool.SOLUTION: A fitting tool 10 comprises a pair of a belt-like first fitting member 12 and second fitting member 14. The first fitting member 12 comprises a belt-like first base material 16 and a first fitting part 18 provided along a longitudinal direction of the first base material 16. The second fitting member 14 comprises a belt-like second base material 20 and a second fitting part 22 provided along a longitudinal direction in the second base material 20 and fitted detachably to the first fitting part 18. A first soft part 24 is formed between the first fitting part 18 and a first side edge 16b of the first base material 16 and a second soft part 26 is formed between the second fitting part 22 and a first side edge 20b of the second base material 20 along the longitudinal direction.
