The present technology relates to a signal processing device, an imaging element, and an electronic apparatus, whereby cost increase can be suppressed. This signal processing device is provided with: a comparison unit for comparing the signal level of an analog signal and the signal level of a reference signal; a selection unit for selecting, from among a plurality of reference signals, a reference signal to be supplied to the comparison unit; and a switching unit capable of switching a signal line to be connected to an input terminal of the comparison unit such that a signal line through which the reference signal selected by the selection unit is transmitted is connected to the input terminal of the comparison unit. The comparison unit has an input terminal forming a floating node, the selection unit has a signal line between which and the input terminal forming the floating node of the comparison unit a parasitic capacitance is generated, and the signal line of the selection unit transmits signals having the same signal level as each other in a plurality of comparisons performed by the comparison unit. The present technology is applicable, for example, to an imaging element and an electronic device. |
