The present invention relates to a touch sensing electrode integrally formed with a polarizing plate, a display device comprising the same, and a manufacturing method therefor. The touch sensing electrode integrally formed with a polarizing plate according to the present invention comprises: a touch sensing electrode which can be folded and unfolded with respect to a bending axis; a retardation film which is provided on the touch sensing electrode and has a slow axis formed thereon so as to make a tilt angle with respect to the bending axis; and a polarizing plate provided on the retardation film.
