A guidance system and a borehole-drilling method, suitable for use with a borehole-drilling apparatus comprising a drill pipe (2). The guidance system comprises: a guidance ring (1) sleeved on the drill pipe (2) of the borehole-drilling apparatus, the outer diameter of the guidance ring and the inner diameter of the drilled borehole being substantially the same; and a guidance drive mechanism (3) provided between the guidance ring (1) and the drill pipe (2) and used during the borehole-drilling process to control the radial displacement of the drill pipe (2) relative to the center axis of the borehole; the guidance drive mechanism (3) comprises one or a plurality of sub-drive mechanisms (30), and is used to connect the guidance ring (1) to the drill pipe (2) as well as to drive the drill pipe (2) to move inside of the borehole; each sub-drive mechanism (30) comprises a length-adjustable drive component (31) and a connector (32), a first end of the connector being pivotably connected to the drive component (31) and the other end being pivotably connected to the guidance ring (1). |
