A method for preparing an antibacterial nanofiber, comprising the following steps: with mass as the unit, mixing acetone, dimethylacetamide and water and then formulating same into a solvent, adding cellulose acetate particles and silver nitrate crystals to the above-mentioned solvent, and adding ammonium bicarbonate to perform an expanding treatment so as to prepare a cellulose acetate electrostatic spinning solution; electrostatic spinning the cellulose acetate electrostatic spinning solution; and drying the obtained electrostatic spun fibers, and then irradiating same with ultraviolet light to reduce silver ions to silver nanoparticles so as to obtain the nanofibers with an antibacterial function. |
