The present invention relates to a decomposition activity of cellulose of symbiotic bacteria separated from microalgae. According to the present invention, Rhizobium (Rhizobium sp.) OS1 is separated from Chlorella vulgaris, and the transparent annulus formation of a colony growing after Rhizobium is inoculated to a medium to which carboxy methyl cellulose (CMC) is added, is analyzed. To industrially use the activity of extracellular secretory cellulase of Rhizobium determined by a method described above, a Rhizobium strain is cultured in a medium to which rice bran, an agricultural by-product, is added, and cellulose decomposition activity is measured. By using excellent cellulase enzyme activity of Rhizobium, the present invention can be used for biorefinery for extracting reducing sugar from agriculture and forestry by-products containing a large amount of cellulose, and for alternative carbon source production economical for culturing industry microorganism. |
