摘要 The present invention relates to a vial capping apparatus capable of stably performing a capping operation to seal a cap in an inlet of an upper portion of a vial as a container storing medicine or a sample to be used for testing, comprising: a body unit including a driving motor; a lifting power transmitting unit including a decelerator connected to the driving motor, a rotational shaft decelerated and rotated by the decelerator and penetrating through an operating hole, a rotary cam connected to an end portion of the rotational shaft, a support shaft installed in a lower portion of the body unit, and an operating rod having an operating hole formed in a middle portion thereof and operated up and down according to rotation of the rotary cam in a state in which one end portion thereof is connected to the support shaft; a lifting unit having a lift connected to the other end portion of the operating rod and lifted, and allowing a vial to be mounted on an upper end portion of the lift; a rotational power transmitting unit connected to a pulley to a driving shaft of the driving motor by a belt to transmit rotational power to a capping unit; and a capping unit coupled to and installed on an upper portion of the body unit, having a rotary shaft connected to the rotation power transmitting unit so as to be rotated, and having a capping means provided in a lower portion thereof to cap the vial. According to the present invention, since the center of gravity is on a lower side and capping is performed by lifting the lift below the apparatus, the capping operation is stable and has high accuracy, the apparatus can become compact and small in size, and noise can be significantly reduced.
