The present invention provides a work chucking device for a CNC lathe, comprising: a spindle cap having a front surface with a hole, which is combined with the front end of a spindle installed on a spindle stock of the CNC lathe; a chuck sleeve placed in the spindle to make a straight movement forward and backward and to rotate together with the spindle when the spindle rotates, which has a compressed coil spring; a collet chuck having a rear end pressurized forward by the compressed coil spring, a front end passing through the hole in the spindle cap, and an end bump on the front surface of the spindle cap, which is placed to grip and release the work when the chuck sleeve moves forward and backward; and a cutting oil spray nozzle. The cutting oil spray nozzle comprises a fixing block combined with a cutting oil supply pipe in the spindle, and a rotating block combined with the fixing block to keep in contact with the rear end of the work gripped by the collet chuck, to rotate with the work, and to spray the cutting oil which has passed through the fixing block into the work. The present invention provides a technology of preventing a cut chip from entering a chucking device even when the internal diameter of a work is cut and the technology of, even if a cut chip has entered, automatically discharging the cut chip to the outside of the chucking device. |
