PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow adequate sealing of an assembly area between a second case and a first case, without using a special filter element.SOLUTION: A housing 11 is constituted by a first case 12 and the second case each having a main opening and a sub opening 15 adjacent thereto. The second case is assembled on the first case 12 in an openable/closable manner via a main flange 16 provided along the outer peripheral edge of each main opening and a sub flange part 17 provided along the outer peripheral edge of each sub opening 15. In the housing 11, an air passage 38 is formed which has both sub openings 15 and both main openings downstream of both sub openings 15. A filter element 41 is arranged in the middle of the air passage 38, and a seal part 43 provided along the outer peripheral edge of a filter part 42 of the filter element 41 is held between both main flange parts 16.
