PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maneuvering system capable of easily adding a new operation device and a new power source to an existing maneuvering system.SOLUTION: A maneuvering system 100 includes: an outboard engine 3 mounted in a hull; an engine ECU 31 for controlling the outboard engine 3; a remote controller 5 for operating the outboard engine 3; a remote control ECU 50 for receiving an operation instruction input from the remote controller 5 and outputting a control signal to the engine ECU 31; communication paths 9a and 9b for connecting the engine ECU 31 and the remote control ECU 50 so that a signal can be transmitted; thrusters 8a and 8b; a joystick 6; and a joystick ECU 60 which is provided on each of the communication paths 9a and 9b so as to receive a control signal from the remote control ECU 50 and an operation instruction input from the joystick 6 and generate a control signal to be output to the engine ECU 31 and control signals to be output to the thrusters 8a and 8b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
