PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathtub handrail which can firmly and reliably hold a side wall of a bathtub while following easily a curved shape or the like of the side wall of the bathtub, prevents after fixing an unexpected reduction of holding force and detachment from the side wall of the bathtub.SOLUTION: The bathtub handrail is composed of a fixed frame arranged on a side wall of a bathtub; a bolt shaft attached to a vertical part of the fixed frame through a nut; a pressing plate attached to the bolt shaft and arranged while facing the side wall of the bathtub; a movable frame attached slidably to the fixed frame; a pressing reception plate support attached to a vertical part of the movable frame so as to freely swing in a horizontal and/or vertical direction without looseness; and a pressing plate attached to the pressing reception plate support so as to freely swing in the horizontal and/or vertical direction and have play, and arranged while facing a side face of the side wall of the bathtub opposite to the pressing plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
