An array substrate gate drive unit, method and circuit and a display device. The array substrate gate drive unit comprises an input end, a switch-on module (31), a control module (32), an output module (33) and a gate drive signal output end (GN), wherein the switch-on module (31) is used for controlling a trigger signal (GN-1) from the input end to be input into the control module (32) in a switch-on time period; the control module (32) outputs a second clock signal (CLKB) to the output module (33) in an output time period; the output module (33) controls a first level (V1) to be output to the gate drive signal output end (GN) in the switch-on time period under the control of a first clock signal (CLK), outputs the second clock signal (CLKB) to the gate drive signal output end (GN) in the output time period, and controls the first level (V1) to be output to the gate drive signal output end (GN) in a maintaining time period; and the first clock signal (CLK) and the second clock signal (CLKB) are opposite in phase. |
