A voice input device with a silencer function comprises: a first support part configured to be supported by one of the ears of a user when the voice input device is put on the user; a second support part configured to be supported by the other of the ears of the user from the under side when the voice input device is put on the user; a coupler part that couples the first and second support parts; a mask part configured to be located in front of the mouth of the user and cover the mouth thereof with a gap between the mask part and the face of the user when the voice input device is put on the user, thereby forming, in front of the mouth of the user, a voice spread space communicating with the external space; a silencer part that is provided to the mask part for silencing the voice in the voice spread space; a microphone that is provided to the mask part for detecting, in the voice spread space, the voice having not reached the silencer part yet; and an arm part for connecting the second support part and the mask part to each other. |
