A sensitive information security protection method, comprising: monitoring whether a target application process exists in a process (S10); when a target application process is detected in the process, injecting a preset Dynamic Link Library into the target application process (S20); executing the Dynamic Link Library in the target application process to encapsulate and load a preset function data packet (S30); executing the function data packet, and disguising the sensitive information to be accessed by the target application process to form disguised data for the target application process to acquire (S40). Also disclosed is a sensitive information security protection device. The solution above can also prevent a malicious application from acquiring accurate sensitive information in a user terminal device, thus preventing disclosure of sensitive information of a user. |
