In contents described in the present invention, three kinds of mushrooms denote Ganoderma lucidum, Coriolus versicolor, and Phellinus linteus. The present agricultural method is an agricultural method of producing beta-glucan and polyphenol components inside a pear by using enzymes of Ganoderma lucidum, Coriolus versicolor, and Phellinus linteus. By being applied to a farm of a user, a texture of food, sweetness, and a flavor of the pear are improved, and anti-cancer effects are also expected. Therefore, with agricultural methods for several years, the pear whose quality is improved and beneficial for health can be produced. |
