The present invention relates to a needless injection port with a filter and, more specifically, to a needless injection port capable of filtering glass pieces mixed in an injection by including the filter, comprising a large-area filter, or bypassing through the filter to enable injection of a viscous injection, and comprising the filter minimizing contact area preventing contact between the outer surface of an injector hub and an injection. The needless injection port with a filter in an embodiment of the present invention comprises a pipe-shaped upper housing including an inlet where a drug is flowed in on the upper end; a lower housing where the upper end connected to the lower end of the upper housing and the lower end discharging the drug are formed; a pipe-shaped membrane having a big bell-shaped lower part arranged on the inner side of the upper housing, and made of a soft material; and a filter part arranged on the inner side of the lower housing.
