摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device including, in a pixel, a semiconductor device that can compensate variation in the threshold voltage of a TFT for supplying a current to a light-emitting element.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprises a first transistor, a second transistor, and a switch. One of a source and a drain of the first transistor is electrically connected to a wire. The other of the source and the drain of the first transistor is electrically connected to a pixel electrode. A gate of the second transistor is electrically connected to a gate of the first transistor. One of a source and a drain of the second transistor is electrically connected to the gate of the second transistor. A first terminal of the switch is electrically connected to the wire.
