PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bead member conveying method and device capable of quickly conveying a molded bead member to another process while preventing unintended deformation thereof and high in productivity.SOLUTION: Each time a bead member 13 is suspended in a state where a holding bar 8 is inserted to be vertically placed at a standby position WP, the upper end of the slope outer surface 12a of a bead separator 12 is held by a holder 3, a pressing bar 4 disposed closer to the bead member 13 side than the holder 3 abuts on the bead separator 12 to maintain its vertical placement along the pressing bar 4, and convey it toward the bead member 13, a projection part 9 projected toward the outer periphery of the holding bar 8 at a position closer to a tip side than the standby position WP is brought into contact with a slope inner surface 12b and supported to suspend the bead separator 12 in a vertically placed state, and dispose it adjacently to the bead member 13 to be mounted in the slope outer surface 12a, and the bead member 13 is conveyed to another process integrally with the bead separator 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
