PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter assembly comprising functions of an electrically-driven mill and electrically-driven mixer, and capable of efficiently producing a fluid-state food product which is called smoothie, and an electrically-driven mill mixer comprising the same.SOLUTION: A cutter assembly comprises: an upper cutter 44 having a cutting part; a lower cutter 42 having no cutting part; and a connection body 46 for fixing the upper and lower cutters 44, 42, and connecting them to an output shaft 22 of a motor 20. The cutting part is formed along a front face side end side of the upper cutter 44 in a rotation direction, and an angle formed by a center axial line of the output shaft 22 and the cutting part of the upper cutter 44 is a constant angle over whole range of the cutting part of the upper cutter 44, and an angle formed by a center line of the lower cutter 42 in a longitudinal direction, and the cutting part of the upper cutter 44 when the upper cutter 44 is viewed in plan view, is larger on a tip end side part relative to a center side part of the upper cutter 44.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
