PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic pressure actuating valve capable of appropriately managing a pressing force of a valve body against a seal member and suppressing the occurrence of creep.SOLUTION: A pneumatic pressure actuating valve 1 provided with a seal member 13, a shaft 4 which comprises a valve body 2 that can contact the seal member 13 and a valve actuation pressure chamber 21 moving the shaft 4 in the axial direction and actuating the valve body 2, the seal member 13, the shaft 4 and the valve actuation chamber 21 being disposed within a valve box 3, is configured so that the shaft 4 has a first member 30 which receives a pressure from the valve actuation pressure chamber 21 and a second member 40 which comprises the valve body 2 and can move relatively to the first member 30 in the axial direction, and the pneumatic pressure actuation valve has a stopper 50 provided in a moving route of the first member 30; and a plate spring 51 which is interposed between the first member 30 and the second member 40, which stores energy in a state where the first member 30 comes in contact with the stopper 50 and which presses the valve body 2 against the seal member 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
