PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a code image in accordance with the characteristics of a printer without change to an application and with a simple operation.SOLUTION: A print control device comprises: a bar code extraction part 42 which extracts a bar code image G included in print data D from an application: a bar code discrimination part 43 which discriminates type information of the extracted bar code image G from character string information thereof; a bar code generation part 45 which generates the bar code image G on the basis of the discriminated type information and character string information; an image processing part 46 which reflects the generated bar code image G on the print data D; and a print data transmission part 47 which controls the printer 2 on the basis of the print data D after reflection.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
