PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic warehouse which can suppress generation of a torsion in a storage shelf.SOLUTION: An automatic warehouse 1 is equipped with a support part 11 which supports storage shelves 5A to 5D to be slidable in a first direction and a second direction, and plural dampers 15. One damper 15 of the plural dampers 15 is so located that a telescopic motion direction thereof extends along the first direction, and other dampers 15 of the plural dampers 15 are located so that a telescopic motion direction thereof extends along the second direction. The plural dampers 15 include a variable damper 15. With respect to a property of an attenuation force for a speed, an attenuation force of the variable damper is increased at a first increasing rate at a speed lower than a prescribed speed and is increased at a second increasing rate, which is higher than the first increasing rate, at a speed equal to or higher than the prescribed speed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
