PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die capable of venting internal air therefrom.SOLUTION: Concerning a die 10 for discharging a coating slip and coating therewith one surface of a web W conveyed in the longitudinal direction, the die 10 has an upper body 12, a lower body 14 and a shim 17, a liquid reservoir 16 is provided on the upper surface of the lower body 14, air vent holes 28, 28 are provided in the longitudinal direction on both sides of the upper body 12 corresponding to both sides of the liquid reservoir 16, and an inclined plane 29 is formed on a marginal part of the air vent hole 28.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
