1. A method for transmitting a broadcast signal, the method comprising:
formatting input streams into multiple data transmission channels; encoding data corresponding to each of data transmission channel carrying service data or service component data; building at least one signal frame comprising the encoded data; modulating the at least one signal frame by an OFDM (orthogonal frequency division multiplexing) scheme; and transmitting the broadcast signal comprising the at least one modulated signal frame, wherein the formatting comprises adding a header indicating a format of a payload of a baseband frame (BBF), and wherein the header comprises a control information indicating whether a stuffing field is present in the header.
