Provided in an embodiment of the present invention are a virtual network function (VNF) example migration method, device and system. The method comprises: before or when initiating replication of running state information, initiating a migration operation of a signaling message, such that the signaling message migration is synchronously executed with the replication of the running state information in the migration process of the VNF example. Since the signaling message migration and the replication of the running state information occur simultaneously, the new running state information created after migration and the running state information after the change are synchronized via the signaling message migration, thus reducing replication numbers of the running state information, and improving the migration efficiency of the VNF example, such that a backup VNF takes over the malfunctioning VNF as soon as possible, thus improving malfunction recovery efficiency. |
