PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive recorder with which it is possible to set an acceleration sensor always horizontally irrespective of the direction of a photographing lens.SOLUTION: Provided is a driver recorder 1 designed in such a way that a body case 2 is attached to a front glass by an attachment bracket 3, and the image data acquired from a photographing lens as triggered by that an acceleration sensor has detected acceleration of a given value or greater and of time slots before and after and including a time slot in which the prescribed acceleration is detected, is preserved, wherein the acceleration sensor is placed in a holder 7 rotatably supported to the body case 2, and, by making the holder 7 rotate in the same direction as the elevation/depression direction of the body case 2, the holder 7 is stopped and retained at a discretionary rotation position that does not hinder the acceleration sensor in its detection operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
