PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detection element, radiation image imaging apparatus, and radiation image imaging system for accurately detecting a radiation.SOLUTION: A radiation detection element 10 comprises: a conversion unit for converting a radiation to light; a plurality of pixels 20A, each of which comprises a sensor unit 103 that is provided between the conversion unit and a substrate, has a photoelectric conversion unit for generating an electric charge depending on the light converted by the conversion unit, and stores the electric charge generated in the photoelectric conversion unit, and a switching element 4 that is formed between the photoelectric conversion unit and the substrate and reads out the electric charge from the sensor unit; and a semiconductor element 20B that is formed in the same layer as the switching element 4 between the conversion unit and the substrate and outputs leak current varying depending on light that is radiated from the conversion unit and does not pass through the photoelectric conversion unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
