PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To urge a user to change control of a load device.SOLUTION: A power management device 12 includes a communication unit 23 and a control unit 24. The communication unit 23 acquires supply information related to power supply from a system and power consumption of a load device 18 in a consumer's site.
