PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic flaw detector that includes flaw detecting means attachable to a small-sized crankshaft, and can automatically detect a flaw in various parts such as a crank slow portion pointing in various directions.SOLUTION: An automatic flaw detector 1 of the present invention includes: flaw detecting means 2 for detecting a flaw in a fillet portion 35 formed in a crank slow 32; and moving means 11 for moving the flaw detecting means 2 along the circumferential direction of a pin portion 34. The flaw detecting means 2 and moving means 11 are formed separately. The flaw detecting means 2 is disposed on one side surface along the circumferential direction of the pin portion 34, and the moving means 11 is disposed on the other side surface along the circumferential direction of the pin portion 34. The flaw detecting means 2 can be moved along the circumferential direction of the pin portion 34 by the moving means 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
