PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an organic semiconductor thin film having uniform crystal size, high orientation, excellent crystallinity and high element perform in short time without increasing the number of steps, an organic semiconductor element board and a method of manufacturing an organic semiconductor element board.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing an organic semiconductor thin film 002 formed by printing an ink layer containing an organic semiconductor comprises: a step of forming any one or both of a projecting structure 121 and a recessed structure 111 on a board 211 as a supporter; a step of printing an ink layer containing an organic semiconductor at a site having any one or both of the projecting structure and the recessed structure; and a drying step of drying the ink layer.
