PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise measurement apparatus and exercise measurement method capable of suppressing a power consumption compared with that of the conventional one.SOLUTION: An exercise measurement apparatus 11 includes an inertial sensor 21 and a host terminal 13. The inertial sensor 21 measures exercise. The host terminal 13 includes an input part 18 and a control part. The input part 18 inputs an item identifier allocated for each exercise of a user. The control part 37 generates a control signal for controlling a sampling rate of the inertial sensor 21 according to the item identifier input by the input part 18, and outputs the control signal to the inertial sensor 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
