PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a heating implement, capable of continuously and efficiently manufacturing the heating implement excellent in heating characteristic of a heating element, hardly causing delamination, and having both heat giving function and function excluding heat giving function.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a heating implement includes an agent liquid coating step of forming an agent holding sheet 4 by partially coating an agent liquid 7 so as to include a coating part 7a and a non-coating part 7b of the agent liquid 7 obtained by melting an agent with a solvent, on one surface of a belt-like agent holding sheet 4B. Furthermore, there are included: after the agent liquid coating step, an exothermic composition coating step of obtaining a belt-like lamination structure precursor 2A by coating an exothermic composition 3A so as to superpose the coating part 7a and the non-coating part 7b of the agent liquid on one surface side of the agent holding sheet 4 partially coated with the agent liquid 7; and after the exothermic composition coating step, a cutting step of obtaining a sheet type lamination structure precursor 2A by cutting the belt-like lamination structure precursor 2A to a prescribed length.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
