PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for a fiber-reinforced plastic molding in which the strength in a specified direction is sufficiently enhanced.SOLUTION: A sheet 10 for a fiber-reinforced plastic molding having a thickness of 1 mm contains reinforcing fibers 20 and matrix resin fibers including thermoplastic fibers and is obtained by performing heating press molding in conditions (a) and (b). Therein, a ratio of a bending strength of a first direction to a bending strength of a second direction orthogonal to the first direction is 3 or more and most reinforcing fibers of the reinforcing fibers exist substantially in parallel to a center surface of fiber-reinforced plastic molding: (a) performing pressing at a pressing pressure of 10 MPa and a pressing speed of 3.5 cm/sec and (b) performing heating so as to be Q/P≥0.7 when a real density (g/cm) of the sheet for plastic molding is P and, while pressing the sheet for the fiber-reinforced plastic molding in the condition (a), a bulk density (g/cm) of the obtained fiber-reinforced plastic molding 10 is Q.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
