A harness connection structure 11 comprises: terminal blocks 12 disposed at predetermined intervals; a connecting member 13 that connects the terminal blocks 12, 12; and a plurality of fastening parts 14 provided to the connecting member 13. The connecting member 13 includes: a bus bar member 31 to which through-holes 31b are provided corresponding to the positions of the fastening parts 14; and a base member 32 to which bolts 33 are fixed corresponding to the positions of the fastening parts 14, and which is bonded to the bus bar member 31 in a state in which the bolts 33 have been passed through the through-holes 31b. The base member 32 is formed from a material which has a small coefficient of thermal expansion as compared to the bus bar member 31, and the base member 32 is provided with thinned parts K between the fastening parts 14, 14.
