摘要 The present invention relates to an electrolysis apparatus of high efficiency and, more specifically, relates to an electrolysis apparatus which comprises an adjustment tank to increase electric conductivity of waste water to a prescribed level or higher to increase a metal extraction rate; and has a scraper installed thereon to perform electrolysis for a prescribed time and then separating a metallic component attached to a cathode bar by the scraper to recover valuable metal in a sludge form to reduce metal component recovery costs. The electrolysis apparatus of high efficiency comprises: a cylindrical electrolysis tank having a main body to store metallic waste water, a cover to cover an upper portion of the main body, and a metal slurry discharge pipe formed on a lower surface of the main body to discharge metal slurry separated by electrolysis; an outer anode pipe inserted to be adjacent to an inner wall of the main body of the electrolysis tank; a middle anode pipe arranged on the middle of the electrolysis tank, whose lower portion is inserted into the main body; a plurality of cathode bars radially arranged between the outer anode pipe and the middle anode pipe around the middle anode pipe; an agitator having a rotary shaft, an agitation wing, and a motor to rotate the rotary shaft; a scraper to scrape outer surfaces of the cathode bars to separate a metallic component attached to the cathode bars; a hydropneumatic cylinder having a lifting rod whose lower end is mounted on the scraper, a cylinder to withdraw the lifting rod, and a motor to generate a pressure of the cylinder; and a power supply unit to apply power to the outer anode pipe, the middle anode pipe, the cathode bars, the agitator, and the hydropneumatic cylinder.
