摘要 The present invention relates to a touch pad, and more specifically, to a touch pad capable of recognizing a slide touch gesture by using a piezo effect which enables slide touch inputted by a user to be stably recognized by extracting location coordinates of a touch object depending on impedance change for each channel of sensor channels (pattern) while using a piezo film. To this end, the touch pad capable of recognizing a slide touch gesture by using a piezo effect comprises: a touch pad having a touch key; a piezo film disposed on a bottom surface of the touch pad, having sensor channels in various directions, and emitting ultrasound; and a control unit for recognizing touch inputted by a user by analyzing displacement of the piezo film, surfaces of the touch pad, and ultrasound impedance reflected by a touch object which is in contact with the surfaces of the touch pad. The control unit enables a slide touch gesture inputted by a user to be recognized by extracting location coordinates of a touch object depending on impedance change for each channel of sensor channels.
